Kaden Plays With Ceiling Fan Remote

Kaden got ahold of the ceiling fan remote and went to town. He sat in there for quite awhile playing with it. After that, he went running around with it turning on/off the lights in the bedroom. Might have to get him one for Christmas. NOT!

Kaden Feeds Himself With Spoon

This morning at breakfast with daddy, Kaden was really using that spoon to eat his cereal. He was also in a mood to make lots of faces once I busted out the camera. I don't know where he got that from.

Grill Out with the Szuch's

We had the Szuch's over tonight for some Rudy's burgers on the grill tonight. Mmm...

They brought over some raspberries and cool whip to go with the brownies that Laura made. Kaden & Ilona ended up eating the cool whip straight-up and then was playing on the foot-powered vehicles Kaden has. Fun night!

Six Years

Today, Laura and I celebrate six years of marriage. We decided to drop off Kaden at my parents' house and head down to to Columbus for the day for some R&R. We stopped at UNO's for some pizza and then headed over to Easton Town Center.

We did a little shopping for shoes for Laura, but came up with nothing. Finally we decided to catch and flick and ended up seeing "Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest". (Long!) After the movie, we headed to the Bose store and I picked up a pair of the QuietComfort 2 noise-cancelling headphones. (These are awesome!)

We walked around some more, bought Laura some cough drops and did a little more shopping. We ended up eating dinner at Brio: Tuscan Grill. That was some good food. From there, we headed back to the theater and bought tickets to "You, Me and Dupree".

By the time the movie was over, it was almost 9pm, so we bought some ice cream and headed home. It was a great day and I loved having Laura all to myself for a chance. We're going to get a good night sleep and then get Kaden in the morning.

Kaden on the Counter

I got home from work today and Kaden was up on the counter playing in the stove smell-good bowl. (I don't know what it was called.) He was pretty content for awhile playing with that stuff.

Sand Volleyball

We all headed over to Patrick's after work for a little sand volleyball on his court. We played for a few hours after Kaden got a little pony ride. He seemed to like it quite a bit, even after ten minutes or so of walking around the grass. I know what he's going to want for his next birthday.
